Parish Registers

The LPRS initially publishes its registers as printed books. As they go out of print they are then made available on CD, but a few registers have only been published on CD.

Printed Volumes  (which are annotated by the word lprs1‘VOLUME’ in the various alphabetical lists of publications) are priced at £13.00 to members and £15.00 to non-members. Please add postage of £4.50 per volume for orders posted to a U.K. address and £5.50 per volume posted to the rest of the world. If you require volumes to be air-mailed, please add £7.50 per volume.
Volumes have a Hard Back Cover with gold lettering. Their approximate size is 9 inches high and 5.5 inches deep (click on the picture for a more detailed view.)
+ indicates subsequent corrections to printed volumes are available.

CD Roms  are in portable document format (PDF) which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader (also supplied on disc) to view on screen or send to a printer. They can be viewed on an IBM compatible personal computer running Windows, Apple Macs and most other systems. If you are not running Windows and do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, then you can download a copy from www.adobe.com/products/reader.html. They are all priced at £7 to members and £10 to non-members which includes packaging and postage.

The registers that have been transcribed can be viewed as an alphabetical list of publications arranged by parish.

Corrections

Although every care is taken to ensure that our transcripts are as accurate as possible there have been a very few volumes where we have discovered errors subsequent to publication. Volumes that have subsequently made available on CD, after going out of print, have been updated to include the corrections.
